The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, as per the legislation of Legislative Decree 206/2005, by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid. The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason., within 14 days from delivery of the purchased goods (Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The transport costs incurred for the return to Tescoma S.p.a. are entirely borne by the consumer.
PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE WITHDRAWAL / REFUND
1. Anticipate by e-mail to gigemma@libero.it or by phone by calling +39.347.67.81.955, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the will to exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. Wait for an answer from Donnagnese di Gemma Giulio & C SNC. and provide, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product carefully packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained within 14 days from the day on which it communicated the will to withdraw.
3. To insure the shipment against theft and damage during transport and to bear the relative costs. If the returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Donnagnese di Gemma Giulio & C SNC reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered by withholding them from the sums to be reimbursed.

The items must be returned in the same conditions as they were received or provided with the original packaging and provided with any manuals and / or instruction booklets that are part of the original packaging and packaging.
5. Donnagnese of Gemma Giulio & C SNC in reference to art. 56 Legislative Decree 206/2005 will proceed with the reimbursement within 14 days from the day on which the intention to withdraw from the contract was communicated. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- purchase made as a company with VAT
- total or partial lack of the original packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product
- damage to the product for reasons other than transport
- sealed products opened by the consumer
The customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. (Article 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The right of withdrawal is excluded as defined by Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
