For EU companies and non-EU entities, the price indicated is to be considered net.

DELIVERY

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

LEGAL WARRANTY
In addition to the guarantee of Donnagnese by Gemma Giulio & C S.N.C., as indicated on the packaging of each product, there is a legal guarantee of conformity equal to 24 months from delivery of the product, as required by the Consumer Code in Articles 128 -135.
